What this covers

This notice explains how the seef website (seef.ai) handles personal data, and seef is the party responsible (the "controller") for that handling. It is about the website only — the seef product runs in your own isolated instance and processes your documents there, not here.

What we collect

Only what you choose to send us. When you request early access we collect your email address. When you use the contact form we collect your name, email, optional company name, and your message. You don't have to give us any of this, but without it we can't reply or set up early access. We don't require accounts and we don't use tracking cookies.

Like any website, serving and securing the site involves our host processing technical data such as your IP address.

How we use it

To reply to you, arrange a demo, and follow up about seef. In legal terms: we take the steps you asked us to take, and we have a legitimate interest in handling and following up on your enquiry. We do not sell your personal data or share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Only as long as it's relevant to an ongoing or potential conversation with you. Ask us to delete it sooner and we will — see Your rights below.

Processors we rely on

Form submissions are delivered by email through Resend. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, and we use Cloudflare Web Analytics — a cookieless, privacy-friendly measure of page views that doesn't profile visitors.

Both act as processors on our behalf under data-processing agreements. Where they process data outside the EU, the transfer is covered by EU-approved safeguards such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data you've sent us, and you can object to our use of it. Email us and we'll take care of it. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to your data-protection authority — in the Netherlands, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
